We photographed your child at school. Your photos are ready. This guide will show you how to find them, choose your favourites, and order prints or products in just a few minutes.
Follow the steps below. It takes about five minutes.

This is your child today. Exactly this age, exactly this face. A year from now it will already be different. These photographs are the proof that this moment existed.
How it works
Step 1 — Open the Gallery
Tap the link below to open the gallery page. You will see a list of schools and events. Find your school, then find your child's class or event and tap on it.
Step 2 — Log In or Sign Up
Before you can see any photos, you need to log in. If we have photographed your child before, you already have an account. Use the same email address you used last time.
Forgotten your password? Tap "Forgot Password" on the login page and follow the steps to reset it. We cannot see or retrieve your password for you.
New this year? You will be asked to create an account. It takes less than a minute. When you fill in your name, use your child's full name — not yours. This is explained below.
When you create or update your account, type in your child's full name. We print this name on the envelope that contains their photos, so it reaches the right family at school. Your email address is only used to log in and receive your order confirmation.
Step 3 — Take a Photo of Your Child's Face
After logging in, the gallery will ask you to take a live photo of your child's face using your phone camera. You cannot skip this step. Until you do it, no photos will appear.
Hand your phone to your child. Ask them to look straight at the camera in a bright place. The system will find all the photos of your child automatically and show only those.
You must take the photo live — right now, using your camera. You cannot use a photo already saved on your phone. Make sure your child is in front of the camera, not you. Use good lighting. Ask them to face forward. No sunglasses, hats, or anything covering the face.
If you close the gallery and come back later, you will need to take a new live photo again. This happens every time you log back in. It is a security measure to protect each child's photos.
If your child is very young, keep hold of the phone yourself. Just point the camera at their face in good light and the system will do the rest.
The photo is used only to find your child in the gallery. It is deleted immediately after the search. We do not keep it. For full details see Pic-Time's privacy policy.

Step 4 — Save the Photos You Like
Browse through your child's photos. Tap the heart icon on any photo you want to keep or order. This adds it to your Favourites. You can add as many as you like and remove any at any time.
There is no rush. You are not buying anything yet. Just mark every photo you like, then go back and choose what to order when you are ready.
Mark all the photos you even slightly like. Then go back to your Favourites list and decide which ones to order. It is much easier to narrow down than to search again.
Your Favourites are saved to your account. If you close the gallery and come back later, they will still be there. But you will need to take a new live photo of your child each time you log back in — this is for security.
Step 5 — Order Prints and Products
When you are ready to order, you have two easy ways to do it.
Tap the "Buy" button that appears below any photo to order that image straight away.
Tap the "Shop" button at the top of the gallery to see all available products. You can filter by your Favourites to only see the photos you marked.
You can order prints in different sizes, framed prints, photo albums, canvas prints, and more. Take your time to see what is available.

View All School ProductsA digital download gives you a high-resolution file of the image, perfect for sharing or storing on your devices. A digital download is a digital file only. It does not include a physical print, a framed product, or any other printed item. If you would like a printed product, please order separately through the Shop. Pricing for downloads is tiered and displayed clearly at checkout. Many families order both a digital file and a physical product, and we encourage you to consider doing the same.

Step 6 — Order a Photo Album (Optional)
Want to order a photo album? Start by marking your chosen photos as Favourites. Then open the Shop and choose the album option. You will be taken to a design tool where you can either let the system create the layout for you automatically, or arrange the photos yourself by moving them around.
Once you confirm your album, it goes straight to print. We cannot make any changes after you submit. Please check every page carefully before you place your order. What you see is exactly what will be printed.
Albums take about five weeks to produce. Your album will arrive at the school separately from any prints or other products you order at the same time.
Your school album is a self-designed Lay-Flat album — the same premium product we produce for our professional wedding clients. Pages open completely flat with no crease in the middle. Every part — covers, paper, and binding — is chosen to last for generations. This is not a standard photo book you order from a kiosk.
The same care we bring to every important moment, we bring to every child's portrait.
Step 7 — Checkout and Pay
When you have chosen everything, go to checkout and pay securely. Your order will be delivered to the school and given directly to your family.
You will be asked for an address during checkout. This is only for billing — it does not affect how your order is delivered. You can use your home address or the school address. Both are fine.
Each order is packed separately and labelled with your child's name. All orders are collected at the school. When your order is ready, it will be handed to your family through the school.
Children grow quickly. The child in these photographs is your child today, exactly as they are right now. That changes faster than any of us expect.
Every portrait we make at your child's school is approached with the same care and attention we give to any moment that matters. We hope these photographs find a permanent place in your home, and in your family's story.
Order what feels right. You will never look back and wish you had ordered less.

Frequently Asked Questions
I took the photo but no photos are showing. What do I do?
Try again. Make sure your child is looking straight at the camera in a well-lit place with nothing covering their face. If it still does not work after two tries, contact us and we will find the photos for you manually.
Why do I have to take a new photo every time I open the gallery?
Every time you log back in, the gallery asks for a new live photo of your child. This is to protect each child's photos so only the right family can access them. The photo is used once and then deleted. For more details see Pic-Time's privacy policy.
. .Is the photo of my child kept anywhere?
No. The photo is used only to find your child's photos. It is deleted straight away and we do not keep it. See Pic-Time's privacy policy for full details.
. .I think I used this before. Do I have an account?
If we have photographed your child before, you probably have an account. Try logging in with the same email you used last time. Forgotten your password? Tap "Forgot Password" and follow the steps to reset it. We cannot see or reset your password for you.
First time? You will be asked to create an account when you open the gallery. Remember to use your child's name when you sign up — not yours.
Why do I need to use my child's name?
We print the name on your account onto the envelope containing your child's photos. All orders go to the school, so using your child's name is the only way to make sure the right envelope gets to the right family. Your email is only used for logging in and receiving your order confirmation.
What address do I use at checkout?
You will be asked for a billing address when you pay. You can use your home address or the school address. Both are accepted. The address you give does not affect where your order is delivered.
Right now, all orders are collected at the school. There is no home delivery at the moment. We may offer courier delivery in the future. We will let you know when that becomes available.
Why can't I use a photo I already have on my phone?
The system needs a live photo taken right now to make sure only the right person is accessing each child's gallery. Saved photos do not work for this.
If I buy a digital download, do I also get a printed photo?
No. A digital download gives you a file on your phone or computer — nothing physical. If you want a printed photo, order it separately from the Shop. Many families buy both the digital file and a print, and we encourage you to do the same.
I bought a digital download but the file is tiny. What do I do?
Last year three parents received files of around 300kb — much smaller than they should be. If this happens to you, contact us straight away. We will sort it out for you and report it to be fixed.
How much does everything cost?
All prices are shown clearly before you buy anything. Prints and digital downloads have tiered pricing — the more you order, the better the price per item. There are no hidden costs or surprises.
Can I change my album after I order it?
No. Once you confirm your album it goes straight to print and no changes can be made. Please check every page carefully before you place your order.
What is the album made of?
The album is made with the same premium materials we use for our professional wedding albums. It is built to last for many years and be kept in the family. It is not a standard photo book.
How long do I have to order?
Each gallery has its own closing date shown inside the gallery. Once it closes, you cannot order. Place your order as early as you can. If you have questions, contact us.
